Refund &  Return Policy

By placing an order through WolfRoots, you agree to the terms below. These policies ensure you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States.

A. 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. We accept returns even if the product has been opened or partially used. You may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Note: Maximum of two (2) opened container returns per customer per year.

B. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible for return:

  • Physical products purchased directly from wolfroots.com within 90 days

Not eligible for return:

  • Shipping costs
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional freebies
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

C. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, contact us at help@wolfroots.com with your order information. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Our support team will provide you with the current warehouse address where you need to send your return, as the location varies depending on your order.

D. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to you.

E. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as a return plus store credit, which you can use toward the product of your choice.

F. RESTOCKING FEE

We typically do not charge restocking fees. However, in cases of excessive returns or suspected abuse, a $10 handling or restocking fee may apply.

G. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Store credits will be delivered as a digital gift code via email

Please allow 7-14 business days after receipt of your return for processing.

H. ABUSE PREVENTION

WolfRoots reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of:

  • Excessive or repeated refund requests
  • Returns beyond the 90-day window
  • Suspected abuse or fraud

 Orders refused at delivery, unclaimed, or abandoned in transit are not eligible for a refund. See Section H of our Shipping Policy.
