Subscriptions
How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize recurring deliveries based on your selected frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Payment Processing:

  • Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically before each delivery
  • Alternative: [If applicable] Some subscriptions offer prepayment options for the entire subscription period at a discounted rate

Auto-Renewal: Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. 

Managing Your Subscription

You have complete control over your subscription:

  • Modify or Cancel Anytime: Change delivery frequency, skip deliveries, or cancel without penalty
  • Easy Access: Every order confirmation email includes a direct link to manage your subscription
  • No Questions Asked: Cancel or pause at any time through your account dashboard

Cancellation Deadline: To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery date.

Refunds are available on your first order only. Subsequent subscription shipments are non-refundable once processed.

Pre-Orders
What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or not yet released.

Payment Terms:

  • At Checkout: We may collect [full payment/partial deposit of X%/no payment] when you place your pre-order
  • At Fulfillment: [If applicable] The remaining balance will be charged when your item ships
  • Your payment method will be securely stored for future charges

Canceling Pre-Orders

  • Before Fulfillment: You may cancel your pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund (including any deposits paid)
  • After Fulfillment: Once your pre-order ships, standard return policies apply
